Ellen Degeneres delivered the commencement speech at Tulane University in New Orleans a few days ago, and I found it to be one of the best I’ve ever seen or heard. Aside from her usual smart and silly humor, she spoke poignantly about being true to oneself, whatever the cost may be. I highly recommend taking a few minutes of your time and listening to her words of advice.
